Merry Berry Sparkler

A joyful, bubbly cocktail that tastes like Christmas morning. Perfect as a festive welcome cocktail or holiday brunch

Ingredients:

● 2 oz Bartanicals Mood Boost infused rum

● ¾ oz cranberry juice

● ½ oz simple syrup

● ¼ oz fresh lemon juice

● Handful of mixed berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)

● Sparkling wine (or club soda )

Instructions:

1. In a shaker, gently muddle the mixed berries with the simple syrup and lemon juice.

2. Add the infused rum and a handful of ice.

3. Shake lightly  to chill and blend the flavors.

4. Strain into a chilled coupe or flute glass.

5. Top with sparkling wine or club soda

6. Garnish with a skewer of  berries and a mint sprig for a holiday touch.

7. Optional: Rim the glass with gold sugar for extra sparkle.
