Star Anise Sour

A bright, aromatic take on the whiskey sour.

Ingredients:

● 2 oz Bartanicals Belly Bliss Boost Blend infused bourbon

● ¾ oz lemon juice

● ½ oz simple syrup

● 1 egg white (optional for froth)

● Star anise & orange zest (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Shake all ingredients without ice (if using egg white, dry shake for froth).

2. Add ice and shake again.

3. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with star anise and orange zest.
